• Created an Angular application using Java, Typescript, MySQL that stores items in a database and allows users to change and edit data using a custom graphical interface through a web browser.
• Provided technology support to FormFactor employees, contractors, and interns.
• Performed asset inventory and IT tasks in a cleanroom environment.
• Created a spreadsheet and AutoCAD drawing to allow IT to easily locate and find information on fab systems.
• Worked to assist transfer users from network drives to Microsoft OneDrive.
• Trained users on how to use OneDrive.
• Managed Active Directory user accounts and workstation accounts.
• Granted access to distribution and security groups.
